1. Product Condition & Description

We sell new, used, and refurbished electronic equipment and components. Each item is clearly marked with its condition on the product listing.

  • New items are unused and functionally brand new. While we aim to supply them in the original manufacturer's packaging, this may not always be available. In such cases, items will be securely packed using protective materials to ensure safe delivery.

  • Used items may show signs of previous use but are fully tested and confirmed to be in working order.

  • Refurbished items are previously used products that have been repaired, tested, and cleaned. These may show cosmetic wear but are guaranteed to function correctly.

2. Returns Policy

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Distance Selling) Regulations 2013, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • You must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery if you wish to return an item.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging and in undamaged condition.

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or not as described.

  • No restocking fee will be charged.

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.

Note: This return policy does not affect your statutory rights.

3. Warranty & Guarantee

Unless otherwise stated, all goods are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase. Some products may include an extended 24-month warranty—this will be clearly specified on the product page.

  • Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

  • We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

  • Items must be returned adequately packaged and at the customer's cost.

  • All returned items will be inspected before reimbursement or replacement is approved.

  • Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, modification, or external causes such as power surges or liquid damage.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across the UK. International orders may be considered on request.

  • Standard dispatch time is 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated.

  • All orders are sent via tracked delivery. Insurance cover is included where appropriate.

5. Business vs Consumer Purchases

Consumer customers are protected under UK consumer law, including rights to refunds and warranty protections.

Business customers are subject to contract terms and do not receive the same statutory protections as consumers.

Where a buyer is purchasing for business use (e.g. using a company account, providing a VAT number), the transaction will be treated as a business sale, and:

  • Returns for non-faulty items are at our discretion

  • Any claims for defects must be made within 7 days of receipt

  • Warranty may be limited or excluded on certain items

6. Data & Privacy

We collect customer information for order processing, support, and marketing purposes in line with GDPR.

Your data will never be shared with third parties without your consent.

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

7. Liability

We do not accept responsibility for any damage to goods resulting from incorrect electrical connections, improper installation, accidental damage, or misuse.

Before agreeing to any refund or exchange, we reserve the right to thoroughly test and inspect the returned item to determine the cause of the fault.
