The products are genuine, used, and packaged in NPE packaging, and they might have older date codes or series than those currently available.The products may show signs of use and may be marked with evidence of the prior owner's use.

 

 

 

*** Standard Delivery Time:***

 

 If your order is not really an emergency, NPE will use all reasonable efforts to deliver it within 48 hours after receiving confirmation of your purchase, Emergency same day Quality Control/Testing delivery time is only available where an Express Fee is charged.

 

 

***Emergency EXPRESS Service:***

 

Testing, quality control, and repair could all be carried out on the same day. If you make an emergency order before 3 p.m., we can send it the same day.The Express Fee is 20% of order value (£200.00 minimum)(subject to product/repair availability).

 

 

NPE aims to fulfil your order requirements as effectively as possible. We have to include an extra charge for same-day Quality Control/Testing. We do this to ensure that a customer in a real crisis circumstances receives speedy delivery.

Before leaving NPE, every item must be tested and assessed by Quality Control, . In order to prevent the system from accepting non-critical orders as express orders, we charge a 20% fee.

 

Payment for products and any related taxes:

 

The customer confirm  that any provided credit card information is accurate and true, and that they are fully authorised to use it. They also guarantee that their credit card provider will honour any charges and that they will pay all associated costs.

Customers are responsible for paying all necessary sales taxes as well as holding NPE and its employees blameless from any liability.
